A fine of Rs.126,000 was imposed by Kalutara Additional Magistrate Namal Perera on 36 individuals who pleaded guilty of allowing dengue mosquito breeding. Each of them were fined Rs. 3500.00 and warned to keep their premises free of mosquito breeding....
